Sticky Bar

This feature helps to increase customer incentives to buy more and receive gift

Note:

• This feature is used the the campaign Buy at least $X campaign only.

• You will not be able to enter the features in any other campaign types.

What is Sticky Bar?

Sticky Bar is the banner that appears at the top of your website, reminding users that they need to add more items to their cart to reach the minimum purchase threshold for the promotion.

• The sticky bar stays in place as the user scrolls through the site or app, ensuring that the message is always visible and prominent.

• Sticky Bar is to encourage users to buy more items in order to qualify for the promotion, increasing the likelihood of a larger purchase and ultimately boosting sales for the business.

How to set up Sticky Bar?

Step 1: Access app and choose the campaign of "Buy minimum $X"

Step 2: In Popup Setting, select Sticky Bar

Preview section: This is how your banner looks like accordance with your changes.

Under preview section, you can see multiple options of customization:

Message: Change the message of your wanting and your language.

Note: Price condition = Cart value set to receive gift - Current cart value

Style Config: Customize text font, color, size and background color to match with your store theme.

Interaction:

• Link to the bar: Include a link to the bar so that when customer click on the bar, he/she will be navigated to the specific link

• Include close button: When clicked, the bar will be hidden

Step 3: Don't forget to turn on the Bar status and click "Apply"
