How can I check whether the app is properly installed or not?
In some cases, the visuals effects did not appear or the campaigns you set did not work, please follow the steps below:
Access your store's website
Right-click then choose "Inspect" (Or press F12). The inspection tool will appear at the right-hand side of the screen.
Choose the tab "Network"
Enter keyword "free-gift.js" in the filter space, then reload the website.
If there are several requests as "free-gift" as followed:
The app has been properly installed and ready to be used.
If there are no requests:
Make sure that "Theme app extension" in Theme customization is turned on.
Contact our Customer Support Team if the situation remains the same after "Theme App Extension" is turned on.
