What is BOGO and BXGY?
BOGO (Buy One Get One) is a type of campaign in which, if customers buy a product from your store, they will be given another product similar to the initial item for free.
Other intepretations of BOGO
Buy one - Get another one for free
Buy 2 with the price of 1 item.
Discount 50% total bill of 2 same items.
etc.
BXGY (Buy X Get Y) is a broader type of BXGY. The difference is that BXGY offers more options of gifts that a customer can get. If customers Buy a product(s) they can Get: another same or different product, a discount for the same or different product, etc.
Instruction
If you want to set up BOGO/BXGY campaign, please follow these steps below:
Step 1: Access to campaign setting up page:
First of all, you need to access to the app from the Shopify Admin page.
Then, click the “Create new campaign” button in the campaign page.

Step 2: Apply rule
You can choose one out of these two rule to create the BOGO/BXGY campaign, choose the type of gifts. Then click the button “Apply Rule”.
Step 3: Set up the BOGO/BXGY campaign - Choose the conditional product

Step 5: Set up extended condition
You can set up the quantity of BOGO/BXGY product in the campaign or switch it to "inventory not tracked"
Step 6: Save the rule
Finally, you can customize the displayed pop-up and then click to "Create" button to apply the rule on your Shopify store.
