Thank you for using our application. We would like to explain the case where the cart value decreases after checkout and the order is marked as "fraud risk". Please take note of the following points t

  1. The reason for the order being flagged as a "fraud risk":

Our app only interact with the "Cart page" and the "Order page" in your admin, it is not allowed to interact with the "Check out page" due to Shopify's policy. Normally, the customer is allowed to add the discount code to the checkout page, but this would cause the initial cart subtotal value to be changed. If the new subtotal value was not meet the requirement for the gift, any added gifts would be considered fraud/risk by our app.

In the event of an order being flagged as potentially fraudulent, you can still continue the fulfillment process. However, it is essential to acknowledge that the responsibility for any such flagged orders ultimately falls on you, the merchant.
